La Bettola

La Bettola is a restaurant and bar located inside the internationally recognized Alohilani Resort in Honolulu, Hawaii.

As a newly opened venue within the hotel lobby, the objective was clear:

Increase guest awareness and drive in-house traffic through a cinematic promotional piece.

The Objective

Execution

Working alongside a production team, I contributed to the development and execution of the piece, focusing on capturing the restaurant’s atmosphere, cuisine, and social energy through cinematic pacing and refined visuals.

The film emphasized warm ambiance, textured close-ups of food and cocktails, and natural movement within the space, aligning the visual tone with the elevated hospitality environment of the resort.

The commercial supported the launch phase of the restaurant by increasing visibility among hotel guests and strengthening the brand’s presence within the resort environment.

Result

The goal was to create a 40 second commercial that captured:

• The atmosphere of the space
• The quality of the food and drinks
• The experience guests could expect

The video needed to feel elevated, inviting, and aligned with the luxury environment of the resort.
