Bajo la Luna

Music Video

Role Director | Writer | Editor

An emerging artist wanted to create a professional music video to elevate her presence in the music scene.

The challenge was clear:
Minimal budget.
One day to shoot.
Limited crew.

If the project was going to succeed, clarity and preparation had to replace scale

The process began with a creative conversation.

We explored the emotional core of the song; vulnerability, internal conflict, and longing.

From that conversation, I translated abstract emotion into visual structure through a detailed storyboard and a simplified bordimatic

Concept & Development

Storyboard

Bordimatic

The bordimatic functioned as a visual blueprint.

It aligned the team around pacing, framing, and narrative beats before production even began.

Production

With only one day to shoot, efficiency became strategy.

The day was physically demanding and creatively intense.

Unexpected challenges arose, but clear planning and strong collaboration allowed us to capture everything required to bring the vision to life.

After the initial edit, I expanded the visual language of the piece through subtle cel-animation elements.

These animations were designed to enhance the song’s atmosphere.

Post-Production & Animation

Bajo la Luna represents more than a music video.

It demonstrates how preparation, narrative clarity, and direction can elevate a project beyond its limitations.
